Methods of Payment
You may pay your order by the following five (5) methods.
1. Cash Payment
You may pay your reservation upon arrival at the airport or at any pick-up point before your journey begins.
2.Credit or Debit Card
You may pay via Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners, Discover. In addition, you are able to use debit cards and pre-paid cards which have been issued by a recognized Greek or foreign bank and are accepted by our company.
The credit card is charged after its details and validity have been verified during its approval and acceptance by the automated card verification and approval mechanism available on our site.
The customer is solely responsible for the correct registration and accuracy of the credit card details, the COMPANY does not bear any responsibility in the event of an error.
3. E-wallet
A new technology with electronic wallet Masterpass.
4.PayPal
If you are a holder of a PayPal account, you may select this method of payment at the last step for the payment of the reservation. You will simply be redirected to PayPal and once you make the money transfer you will go back to CreteTaxiService.gr and print your journey which has been paid.
5. Bank Deposit
Place your order online and pay it by a deposit into a bank account. The Bank which we cooperate with and at which you may deposit the money corresponding to your order is the following:

Cancellation Policy
1. Crete Taxi Service may amend its commercial and pricing policy any time it deems necessary. In view of the foregoing the following shall apply:1. For payments made through Credit Cards or Bank Deposits, any cancellation is valid only when we receive notification and we confirm the cancellation. In the event of cancellation of our services via the taxi hiring procedure via credit cards, there will be no cancellation penalty if cancelled more than 5 days from the booked appointment. In the event of cancellation of services there will be a 50% penalty on the value of the services if cancelled more than 3 days from the booked appointment. In the event of cancellation there will be a 100% penalty on the value of the services if cancelled less than 1 day from the booked appointment.
2. For payments made with cash any cancellation is valid only when we receive notification and we confirm the cancellation. In the event of cancellation of our services there will be no cancellation penalty if cancelled up to 48 hours from the booked appointment. In the event of cancellation there will be no penalty if cancelled less than 48 hours from the appointment, unless the cancellation is deemed irregular, unfair or a deliberate professional act in order to disrupt the smooth operation of the Company. In the above case, we reserve the right to request immediate compensation from the customer and reserve all our legal rights
